Tech support Engineer (TEL) 2/2

To provide technical support of Edwards products, primarily Vacuum and Exhaust management systems, supporting both internal and external customers, in all aspects of product operation. Is responsible for ensuring product issues of a technical nature are resolved with minimum impact to customers and the overall business. He / She will also be required to deliver product training to the field service organization in Taiwan.
